The Slice from PBS North.

It's a grassroots community run event.

I'm Carla Tamburro and we are talking about the 54th Annual Park Point Art Fair.

It is a juried art fair.

We only accept visual artists such as photography, ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, glass, wood, fiber.

You're going to see 110 artists in a variety of visual media.

Some of our artists have been coming for 40 years.

We have the foragers community demonstrating and some woodturning, some glassblowing demonstrations.

We also have some activities for the kids.

Some make and take activities.

We are all the way at the end of Park Point, and there is plenty of parking down here, no cost to, to enter or to park.

And when you purchase an object, you really get the story and you get that one on one interaction with the artist.

So what we're excited about this year is that PBS North and 103.3 The North is helping with the music.

They've done a lot of music programing for us to bring in some excellent regional acts.

So come on down.

Not only for the art in the food, but for some really great music.
